We check your licence, never your meetings.
Your recordings, transcripts and summaries are written to your own disk and stay there. Signing in tells us that an account exists and is active. It does not give us access to a single meeting.
Pronota also sends anonymous usage and crash information so faults can be fixed. That carries no meeting content — no titles, no participant names, no transcripts, no summaries, no audio.
If you later switch on an integration, that connection sends what you point it at, and only while it is switched on.
